Terms and Conditions
Submitting your booking commits you/ your organisation to paying for your attendance.
Olive Branch Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to make programme changes, venue or date changes should circumstances beyond control necessitate it. We also reserve the right to cancel an event without further liability however this would be at our absolute discretion and under unusual circumstances – all monies paid would be refunded in this instance.
Payment: We will send an invoice to your finance department or the person you specify, closer to the time of the event. Payment is due 21 days upon receipt of invoice however if your booking is made very close to the event, please endeavour to pay more swiftly where possible – thank you.
Cancellations: We appreciate that circumstances can change and cancellations are inevitable at times. If you need to cancel your place, please do so in writing (email is fine). As we have made financial outlays that are non-redeemable, cancellation charges unfortunately apply for all reasons including sickness, inclement weather, travel disruption and inspections. Substitutions can be made free of charge (at any time) or if there is a future event you’d like to transfer to, it is possible to do so for an additional fee of £60.
6 weeks or more before the course: No charge
4-6 weeks before the course: 25% of the course fee
2-4 weeks before the course: 50% of the course fee
0-2 weeks before the course: 100% of the course fee
Data protection: Olive Branch Consultancy Ltd will never share your data with third parties and we will store your data securely for the purposes of smoothly delivering your training.
