Course Aim 

Colleagues who are brilliant at their job often get promoted and newly find themselves in a position of managing others.  Whilst this is a compliment to their skills and work ethic, a whole new set of challenges often arise.

This informative course will significantly develop colleagues’ management and leadership skills.  There will be an opportunity to review and audit current strengths, plus our expert trainer will share invaluable guidance for creating a cohesive and high performing team.  Typical attendees include Heads of Year, Estate Managers, Nurse Managers, Catering Managers and Finance Managers – all those who manage teams!
